Hi, I’m Neeyaz — a health strategist, patient advocate, and founder of Unspoken Nutrition. With a Master of Public Health in Community Health Sciences and a background in holistic nutrition and wellness education, I bring a multidisciplinary lens to wellness, rooted in lived experience and informed by public health research, rare disease advocacy, and cross-sector collaboration.
I’ve long been grounded in the belief that health is personal — and that authentic storytelling, cultural humility, and cross-sector collaboration are essential to building trust and sustainable impact.
My own journey with autoimmune diseases, including Graves’ Disease and Thyroid Eye Disease, reshaped my understanding of what it means to heal. Raised in an Iranian household where food, natural remedies, and intuition were foundational to care, I returned to those roots when I needed them most. That path sparked not only my physical healing, but a deeper curiosity about the mind-body connection and the power of aligning Eastern and Western approaches to care.
Through Unspoken Nutrition, I support others in tuning out the noise and turning inward — toward the quiet wisdom of their bodies. Whether through education, coaching, or advocacy, I lead with curiosity, empathy, and a strong desire to close the gaps in care — locally and globally.
Healing begins with listening — to our stories, to each other, and to the voice within that has always been guiding us home.
