Black Bean Brownies

  • Square baking pan

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can black beans

  • 3 medium size eggs

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 350F

  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper

  • Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) into a bowl and mix thoroughly

  • Fold chocolate chips into the batter

  • Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes

Cut into squares and top with powdered sugar. Sweet, dense and protein packed!
