Square baking pan
INGREDIENTS
1 can black beans
3 medium size eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350F
Line a baking pan with parchment paper
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) into a bowl and mix thoroughly
Fold chocolate chips into the batter
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes
Cut into squares and top with powdered sugar. Sweet, dense and protein packed!
